What is being opened to fractional owners
You are reviewing shares in NS / 023 Ownership LLC. In this demo, the entity would own 30% of the horse. Northstar would keep the other 70% and manage the horse.
No other programs appear in this demo. Manager programs would be listed only after the required review and publication steps.
Before an application
Know what you would own before you apply.
The consumer app uses the same approved facts and documents as the manager workspace. Marketing copy does not become a separate record.
Ownership
What the shares represent
The ownership entity would hold 30% of the horse. Fractional owners would buy shares in that entity, not direct title to the horse.
Manager
Who runs the horse
Northstar would retain 70% and remain responsible for training, care, insurance, racing decisions, and any sale under the program agreement.
Budget
What the program funds
Review the horse-interest cost, care and insurance reserve, program costs, contingency, and manager fees as separate amounts.
Documents
What supports each claim
See the source and review status for title, veterinary, insurance, authority, valuation, and operating records.
Application path
Paddockline presents the program. Partners control the transaction.
A live program would move from Paddockline to one registered transaction partner. That partner would control acceptance and the required investor steps.
01
Review the program
Read the horse, manager, ownership structure, budget, documents, risks, and ongoing owner terms.
02
Complete partner review
The registered transaction partner handles identity, eligibility, required education, and final offering documents.
03
Sign and send funds to escrow
The transaction partner controls subscription acceptance. Funds go to a qualified escrow provider, not Paddockline.
04
Receive the official ownership record
The official record comes from the issuer or transfer agent. Paddockline mirrors the confirmed position in the owner account.

After closing
Follow the program after closing.
The owner view starts after the transaction partner confirms issuance. It does not replace the issuer's or transfer agent's official ownership record.
Distribution choices
Publish through Paddockline or on your own website.
Managers with an audience can keep their brand and website. Managers who need discovery can publish in the Paddockline app.
The current prototype includes a Paddockline-hosted program page. Planned components and a public API will let approved program data appear inside an existing manager website.
