11.  For the resolution of any matters, disagreements, conflicts or problems which may arise regarding the interpretation, application and compliance with this Privacy Policy, with the express renunciation of all other rights to which the user may be entitled, and without detriment to the competence that may arise by operation of law, the user will voluntarily and expressly submit to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Sabadell.
