Placing an order on the PRECISPORT, S.L. website is quite simple: you need only select an item, add it to your shopping cart by clicking on the cart icon and proceed to checkout, using the payment method of your choice. Prior to these steps, the user must have registered. The proper entry of your data will enable the products to satisfactorily arrive at their destination.

HOY TO PAY
You may pay for your purchases by credit or debit card (Visa, MasterCard and American Express), bank transfer or PayPal. Payments will be made in euros.
Payment made by bank transfer is restricted to countries which are members of the European Community.
A 3% surcharge on shipping costs will be applied to payments made by the cash on delivery method. The customer may pay for his/her order at the time the merchandise is delivered to his/her home. This payment system will be valid only in the Spanish Peninsula and the Balearic Islands.
PRECISPORT, S.L. reserves the right to reject an order and/or form of payment if it is deemed necessary, for example: when one of the items requested is out of stock, in the event of possible fraud, in the event of payment differences, in the event of a typographical or arithmetic error, etc.
For payments made with a credit or debit card, the charge will be applied on-line, i.e., in real time, through the point of sale terminal of the appropriate financial entity, once the accuracy of the data provided has been verified. In order to provide a maximum-security payment system, PRECISPORT, S.L. employs the secure payment systems of leading financial entities in the e-commerce sector. Confidential data is encrypted (SSL) and directly transmitted to the appropriate financial entity.
For Visa and MasterCard payments, PRECISPORT, S.L. only accepts SEC (Secure Electronic Commerce) transactions with the international 3D Secure protocol, which is identified by the Verified by Visa and MasterCard Secure Code signs. Secure Electronic Commerce is an initiative whose basic principle is to guarantee the security of Internet transactions. Upon making payment through a point of sale terminal, the system will automatically verify that the credit card is activated for Secure Electronic Commerce. The issuing bank for the credit card is then contacted and requests that the operation be authorized via a personal authentication code. The operation will only be performed if the card issuing bank confirms the authentication code. If the authentication code is not confirmed, the transaction will be rejected.
As a complementary measure to the “Secure pay” system and in order to collaborate in the prevention of Internet fraud, PRECISPORT, S.L. reserves the right to verify personal data provided by the customer and adopt measures which it deems appropriate (including the cancellation of the order) so that the merchandise acquired be delivered in accordance with the data which appears in the order.

SHIPPING COSTS AND DELIVERY
Deliveries and returns from the PRECISPORT, S.L. online store will be carried out according to the conditions detailed below. Orders may be placed so long as the items requested are in stock.
All shipments will be delivered within a period of no more than 5 business days from the order confirmation date, provided the product purchased is in stock.
Shipping costs will be added to the price of the order and will be automatically calculated during the process according to the destination and weight of the order.
Articles on the PRECISPORT, S.L. website are guaranteed to be official products of the highest quality and offer a superior warranty.
In instances where the use of the warranty offered by PRECISPORT, S.L. for the products it markets is justified, repair, replacement of the article, discount or refund will be provided, according to the legally established terms.
If you are not satisfied with your order, you have a period of seven (7) days as of the delivery date to request a refund. In the event of a return, the customer will be responsible for shipping and handling costs.
In order to return merchandise, the product must be in its original unused condition and in its original packaging. Once the merchandise is received by PRECISPORT, S.L., and following verification of the state of the merchandise, the customer will be refunded according to the method of payment used.
Products to be exchanged or returned must be included with all packaging and tags intact, in their original boxes and properly secured. The items to be returned must be in the same condition as that when they were received, which will be determined by our experts.
In short, PRECISPORT, S.L. will only reimburse shipping costs incurred from a return if the return is due to an error in processing the order or if the product is defective. The customer will assume responsibility for shipping costs incurred for the return of an item.
However, in the event of the return of defective products and misshipments, PRECISPORT, S.L. will assume responsibility for shipping costs provided the customer makes this situation known within a period of seven (7) days from the delivery date.

TAXES
The buyer will assume responsibility for the payment of all import taxes and other applicable local taxes on any items purchased at the PRECISPORT, S.L. virtual store.
Orders for Ceuta, Melilla, Canary Islands and countries which are not members of the European Union are subject to customs fees over which PRECISPORT, S.L. has no control and for which PRECISPORT, S.L. does not assume responsibility. The recipient of the merchandise or the buyer will always assume responsibility for this payment; prior to ordering, we suggest you consult your customs office for more detailed information on this matter.
Residents of the European Union.
The prices of the products for sale in our e-commerce stores include the Value Added Tax (VAT).

Residents in countries outside of the European Union.
Purchases made by physical or legal persons residing in countries outside of the European Union will be exempt from paying VAT. Orders will not be delivered to post office boxes.
For this purchase/shipment system and due to their tax regime, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are considered non-EU territories.
We would like to remind you that shipping costs do not include import taxes (duties) which will be paid in cash at the destination by the recipient of the merchandise.
